Swain Brother has been long standing members of thebestof Eastbourne and over the past 12 years I have heard nothing but praise for the team. So when it was time to update couple of my windows who else would I turn to?
For peace of mind and comparison I talked with a few local double glazing companies but Swain Brothers were by far the most competitive estimate and 0 pressure to visit the property to measure up. As soon as I was ready Tim visited me to get the final measurements and discuss options to meet my needs.
Windows were installed quickly and with minimal disruption. Great Job!

From initial estimate to the completed work I was extremely impressed by the service received. I chose Swain because I had already identified they were a small local family business with an excellent reputation. I really appreciated the no nonsense nature of the first visit by Tim Swain to measure up with none of the high pressure sales techniques used by the big companies. The quoted price was excellent value. The installation took place 6 week later with he workmanship being of a very high standard with excellent finishing and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending Swain.

Whilst the work was ongoing, the operatives were very efficient and I was consulted about any minor adjustments that were required, and the site was always cleared up at the end of each day. A great job, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Swain Bros. To anyone.

We are really delighted with the installation carried out by this local company. The estimate provided by Tim was prompt and competitive. He set out a timescale for the work and installation commenced exactly on time. My husband was worried that damage would be caused to the tiling on the bathroom and kitchen but there was no cause for alarm as no tiles were affected. The team were cheerful tidy and above all efficient! The whole job took a day and a half and all the house was left clean and tidy. I would not hesitate recommending Swain Bros - certainly beat large faceless companies!!

A fantastic job done on the installation of a quality product by a very professional company. From quote to clearing up, we cannot fault Tim, Andy, Zac and Tom. The service was friendly and courteous and we are thrilled with the end result which has transformed our house. They even removed and refitted blinds where possible, and disposed of them where it wasn’t viable, so they went above and beyond. It’s so refreshing to use a company where everything was carried out perfectly. We cannot praise Swain Bros highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
