Tectonic were brilliant in helping to fix my mum’s TV aerial. My mum suffers with Alzheimer’s and her TV is her lifeline. Her aerial went just before Christmas and Tectonic had no available appointments. They did however put her on the waiting list if an appointment came up, which it did 3 days later. Two lovely guys came out and in less than an hour, had mums TV working again. Super quick work, brilliant service and at a reasonable price. Five stars!

Having just had some work carried out by Tectonic I felt I needed to tell people why we always use this company for all our electrical work.
Apart from the obvious that they always do an excellent job & all the team are friendly & knowledgeable, I love the fact I can come home from work & not even know they have been working in my house. They always complete the job & leave the house clean & tidy which may seem obvious but in the past I have used companys who leave there mess everywhere.

Very satisfied. I had a satellite dish installed in summer 2016 by a small local firm which is no longer in business. The dish had moved out of alignment and I started to lose channels and eventually had no satellite signal. I called one firm and made an arrangement for them to fix the problem. They were supposed to come one afternoon. In repeated phone calls they said they were on the way. By 8 pm they gave up and said they would come the following day. The following day the same waste of time happened. I then called Tectonic, made an appointment. I received a phone call the morning of the appointment asking whether they could come a little earlier. That was very convenient, so they came, did the job with minimal hassle and satellite reception is now perfect. They asked only for their minimum call-out charge. Highly recommended for professionalism.

Great friendly and professional service from Tectonic. From a phone call I made on Friday to discuss the installation of a satellite dish, aerial and TV set up, the job was completed on Monday by mid-morning. Dish fitted with not a single cable in sight. No mess, no fuss and the engineers made sure their shoes were covered when entering the house. I would HIGHLY recommend Tectonic without hesitation. They deserve the maximum 5 stars.

I was let down last minute by a recommended electrical specialist who had over promised and under delivered. Tectonic popped up at the top of Google as a local specialist within this sector and the reviews looked promising. After a call to discuss the requirements, a short time later I had the pleasure of meeting the Tectonic team. Having received a quote for the works to install some new VOIP Phone lines into my office, the Tectonic team were on site before me, waited for me to get to the office and set about the task with the same efficiency they prepared the quote, they were in and out in a couple of hours, tested all of the lines and placed the cabling in such a way that the landlord barely noticed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to use their service and am delighted that they were recommended to me.

Tectonic sorted me out with a new aerial lead with an 90 degree adapter which was longer as we have just put the TV on the wall and our one didn't fit. Sorted out and made to order within 5 mins and collected that afternoon. Thanks for your fast response/service guys
