Noticed that are aerial channels weren't working since we recently upgraded up Sky system to Sky Q, called Tectonic to seek help, was advised that as we have updated our Sky to Sky Q our current RF2 connection won't work in the other bedrooms, we didn't realise this would happen so hadn't planned in advance. Always there to help and give advice when needed whether it's our electrics or our TV's, and now we can view our Sky and Freeview channels problem free thanks to the Tectonic Team.

Had issues with tv aerial not working in bedroom, workman came round and turns out there were various issues with the aerial set up. All problems have been fixed. Workman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend anyone with issues to contact Tectonic.

We were initially recommended to employ Tectonic by our neighbour. Since then they have returned to our property on 6 occasions to carry out further works that we required. We have dealt with James, Adam and Will. They are enthusiastic, helpful, polite and possess a depth of skill and knowledge that is deeply impressive. Not only do they explain what they are doing they provide 'tutorials' about how to use the equipment they have installed. The breadth of their understanding of electrical matters has spanned the following; Complex LED lighting; a sophisticated alarm system; Sonos audio equipment; TV and satellite installation and set-up; HARMONY TV controller; exterior LED PIR's ; NEST central heating controls and their associated Apps. Moreover they work cleanly, logically and to time. We have further works to carry out and there is no doubt at all that we will ask the Tectonic team to return to our house.

When looking for a company to help with our electrics we found Tectonic on thebestof. They are a fabulous company that we have been using at our sheltered housing scheme for a number of months. They attend very quickly after the job has been raised and when on site are polite and very helpful. Frequently further work is needed and they are very good at getting back to you with the quote and returning to finish the work required.
All in all I am extremely pleased that we have taken them on as contractors and will be spreading the word about their reliability, dedication and good value for money.

Messaged on Sunday evening to book an appointment, got a message back very quickly offering to send an engineer out to sort out our aerial on Monday afternoon (next day). The engineer has been and sorted it in no time. He was very polite and helpful will highly recommend you & if we have any other issues that you can help us with you will be our first choice.

I cant thank tectonic enough for the work they have done with my cctv, i do get panicky with my security and they have helped me live in my home happily with out worry as I can check up any time no matter where I am even when I was In Spain, I could check up, I have been a pain with wanting cameras moved but they have done it all and straight away, thank you so much

James, Adam and Will; all skilled electrical engineers from Tectonic, attended our home on two occasions to install an intruder alarm, satellite dish and cabling, LED lighting, smoke alarms, extractor fans and new wall sockets and switches. They also re-tuned our Harmony TV controller. Throughout their time at our house they were polite, efficient, friendly and explained what the were doing all through the installation process. Their quotations were clear as were their invoices detailing what they had done and the cost of all components.

Our block of flats had a fairly complicated technical problem to be resolved in order to allow reception for Sky Q. Tectonic Digital Systems were contacted and proved to be up to the challenge. Nothing was too much trouble and their technician, James Attwater, could not have been more helpful. Would recommend this Company to anyone especially if they need work done that is slightly outside the run of the mill.
