Slowly but surely the old Arndale Center is dragging itself out of the 70s. There could still be an improvement on the number and variety of stores here, in particular clothes shops for men. Once completed it should be great. Parking is very reasonable compared to Brighton at £1 per hour.

It has undercover shopping. Needs the contractors to go ish to a much higher standard. Empty units I understand the rents are of putting. Needs some decent restaurants.
