We wanted to find a class that would accept toddlers (our boy was 3 1/2 when he started) that would be both enjoyable and increase his confidence so we tried one of the free trial classes here (The Martial Arts Centre).
There were 3 teachers for a class of 12 (the maximum class size) which allowed the younger children to receive the extra guidance that they needed.
Our toddler really enjoyed himself and we signed up on the day. We have been coming for just over 3 months now and Peter (Sir, who is also a nursery school teacher), Fran and Emily are doing a great job at bringing the best out of our son.
If you’re struggling to choose between clubs, I highly recommend trying the free class as I’m sure you’ll get a good feel for the teachers and classes. I can’t speak more highly of our experiences with the team.

Wonderful place for children. The staff is kind, the facilities are very good and my son loves coming. Lots of one-to-one help for younger kids. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic club! Would highly recommend, they have the balance of discipline, respect, fun and unity of a club feel which is fantastic! My son loves attending class and learning this style of martial arts after 3 years of karate. Eastbourne instructors are fabulous too!! Overall 5 stars....thank you guys for all your hard work particularly over the lockdowns !

Really dedicated teachers, very encouraging. They have been so flexible and enthusiastic in keeping the classes going whether that be online or in the park, throughout the Covid pandemic.

My 6 year old son recently joined, I wanted him to do something active, that he will enjoy and help with discipline and motivation outside of school. He loves it! The staff are all so friendly and professional... Highly recommend.

Brilliant school, instructors a fantastic and great with the children, despite lockdown they were there for the children on zoom week after week, really encouraging them and giving the time they needed individually as well.

My 5 year old loves going every week.m to little ninjas. Started after lockdown and am impressed. Fran ( the teacher) is good with the kids and gets them to listen. Has a diverse lesson plan and works on a lot of different techniques. At the end the get to do some games as well which they enjoy at that age. Definitely recommend

They provide brilliant classes for children and are a lovely team. The classes are well structured and organised and they provide extra fun activities for the children. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I give it too thumbs up, my son has been attending Kuk Sool for nearly two years and he loves it, I have joined as well. Great opportunity to learn self defense, highly recommended.

The Eastbourne martial arts centre is an amazing place to be with dedicated, fun, knowledgeable instructors who make each session unique. Can't recommend this centre highly enough. Each of my four boys look forward to attending their weapons, sparing and training sessions each week and have been inspired enough to want to become an instructor in the future. I too am joining the fun from September in the family and adult's class. Can't wait!!

Our sons (5 and 7) have been practicing kuk sool won for around 18 months and we have never looked back! These classes have shown them the importance of physical and mental fitness with a fun yet structured approach. The team are an inspiration and I would highly recommend this class for adults and children.

My 8yr old son loves it as does my 5 yr old daughter. My sons balance and coordination has improved hugely since starting and my daughter has only just begun but is picking it all up very quickly
