I’ve had nothing but great experience with both Vicki and Tina at Victoria Healthcare. Vicki especially has been a huge help to me this past year arranging a claim for my hip and then answering any questions I have about consultations/ renewals etc etc.

An absolute godsend! I had no idea there were companies like this around! I had been paying far too much for my private healthcare each month for an extremely long time and Vicki managed to get me a great deal at literally a third of the price but with all the same benefits!
She was completely professional throughout, talked me through all of the terms, jargon, small print etc. and turned things around at an impressive pace. I'm so grateful someone recommended her to me otherwise I'd still be paying an extortionate amount and would be too nervous to switch suppliers. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Having never had a Private Healthcare policy before meeting Vicki and her team, I had no idea how to understand the different types of cover available or how to compare effectively all of the various providers and the types of cover that they offer. Vicki was beyond helpful, she helped me to narrow my initial broad search by assisting me to understand what is important to me and my family, and from here she helped me navigate my way through the PMI market until I was fully satisfied with the provider and the type of cover. Vicki found me great deals too which offered exceptional value for money. To say I was extremely fussy in my search was an understatement! But Vicki would reply day and night, even out of the usual "core" working hours, she would reply immediately. She made easy work of what would have taken me months of fussing over! She was so patience too, as I couldn't make my mind up and at times spent ages thinking about all of the information she happily sent me, but not once did she pressure me or try to "sell" anything to me. It was pure professionalism and exceptional knowledge of the PMI market that I received instead. Vicki is such a friendly, professional and exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable lady, a great find and asset to the PMI arena and I am so pleased I found Vicki and her team, I can not recommend them highly enough, a fantastic service, always there to help. Victoria Healthcare’s level of customer service is superb. They found us a fantastic deal and explained everything in great detail. The claims service they offer is a bonus and I found the support to be very comforting when needing to make a claim. Vicki was great. Took time to help us clarify what we needed and explained all the options thoroughly.
