Having purchased from Bruford’s before, I have always been met by friendly and knowledgeable staff and an overall excellent standard of service. I have been using W.Bruford for just over a year now dealing with Simone who is very passionate and knowledgeable about watches. Simone over the year has managed to source me a new Rolex yacht master , Tudor royal and a Rolex deep sea to say I am over the moon is an understatement after being promised these watches from other well known retailers and waiting over two years for nothing . Can not thank W.Bruford enough thank you guys and hope to see you soon

Local family run business for many years. I have popped in a few times and they have a great selection of jewellery and watches. Very helpful and professional staff who are most welcoming. The sales assistant was very kind to both my young children, while they chose presents for their dad's birthday. She then wrapped them individually, making sure not to get them muddled up and gave each of them a little gift bag. The gifts weren't hugely expensive, but the same effort went into the sale. It was late in the afternoon, so I was very grateful she went the extra mile. Thankyou.

My first experience was coming into store to buy my wife (a very last minute) set of earrings. The young Lady behind the desk was incredibly polite, and extremely helpful.
That was probably 18 months ago now. So when the time come to get my myself a luxury watch, it felt like a no brainier to enquire here. I was originally put through to a lady named Jo, who after some polite chat about watches put me through to a man named Simon. Now these two (who I now refer to as Mr and Mrs Rolex after finding out they are married) are an absolute credit to W.Brufordâs. There knowledge is second to none. They both know exactly whatâs going on with your order and you always feel valued as a customer. That may feel like a given, however, I have brought many luxury watches in my time and have never felt as valued as I do at W.Brufordâs.
I have 3 watches on order with Jo and Simon and picked up one of them today. I was let into store today for my appointment and greeted warmly by Jo and Simon. I brought my 4 year old son with me, who of course asked a million questions. Jo wasnât annoyed by this but instead entertained him by actually getting different watches out to show him the colours! Talk about going the extra mile.
I had already bank transferred the money for my Rolex and expected a 10 minute chat before leaving. This did not happen. I sat with Simon for well over an hour, talking about life experiences, cars, business, and of course, watches. A genuinely nice down to earth, Husband and Wife team.
It was a sublime experience today and I throughly enjoyed by time in store. Iâm excited to collect my next watch, and not just to collect the watch, but to catch up with Simon again!
I canât recommend Simon, Jo, and W.Bruford enough. Jewellery, Pens, Wallets, Watch Winders, Watches, and of course, Rolexâs. They have it all.
