If you want somewhere with plush seating and mood lighting this isn't the place for you. If you want good/great food without all the BS then what are you waiting for. Have even on a nice day had a takeaway and gone down to the seafront with some chopsticks. Food is always of top notch quality without ripping your pocket to pieces. Watch the food cooked in front of you front on the breakfast bar seating or sit down and allow it to arrive at the table. Very good with some incredibly hospitable people serving. Without doubt will be eating there again soon.

Been here countless times across the years. Staff are very cheery and helpful. Food is always amazing!!! I don't know anyone that doesn't rave about them. Wish they moved to a bigger place that has more of a restaurant, romantic feel though. It's more of a fast food place, very compact seating, plastic tables and chairs. I'd like it if you could go out for the evening here as the food is so great. Expand guys!!

I love eating here. It's not good that it's two minutes from my work place, though. I would happily eat here every day. The Szechaun noodles are delicious and you get loads of yummy prawn crackers. Happy to Eat in or takeaway. If you're ordering a takeaway, order early. We waited nearly two hours once!

Located near Eastbourne station, this was our first visit and was pleasantly surprised.
Small from the outside but welcoming and friendly staff inside made you feel at ease.
I ordered Chicken Satay as a starter which was described as strips of chicken with a peanut enriched sauce. What arrived was something more resembling an Iceland starter with the smallest round pieces of rolled chicken and a thumble filled pot of satay sauce. This was a major disappointment compared to what its sister restaurant Thai Terra at east Dean cooks up where there are big strips of chicken breast with a gorgeous homemade and plentiful Satay dipping sauce to match, which I had been expecting.
The main was much better of Chicken and King Prawn Chow Mein - delicious noodles full of flavour, vegetables and the above was a complete contrast. Hot and filling, five stars alround there as well as great value with the huge plate full under £7.
The wine was exceptionally reasonable and service attentative.
The poor starter hasn't put me off returning as will just select the Yummy main in the future!!!

We wandered in on a cold Thursday evening to be greeted by delicious smells, a buzzy atmosphere and the 'restaurant' almost full with families, couple and a few solo diners. The staff were clearly rushed off their feet but were friendly and welcoming. We sat at a bench along a wall opposite the kitchen area where the food is prepared 'open plan' which adds to the bustling atmosphere.
My Calamari starter disappointed somewhat, being 'breaded' (and not described as such on the menu) and a little greasy. The portion was very generous, though, and the dipping sauce excellent. However the main of Prawn Pad Thai was first class and every bit as good as that at 'Thai Terre' which is the sister restaurant at East Dean. It was fresh, well seasoned and full of succulent tiger prawns. The food is exceptional value as is the wine and beer list. With two starters, two mains a bottle of French red table wine (£10.95) the bill came to well under £30.
Definitely one to return to.

I have only been to Yummy Noodle once but enjoyed it thoroughly: it's unpretentious, serves excellent noodles and offers a friendly and cheerful service. Very reasonably priced too given the freshness of the food. Well worth a visit

Went here for a quick early meal on Saturday. Plenty of people there at 6.15 when we arrived, staff lovely and the food was brilliant. We sat at the bar and watched them cook our dinner. 2 starters/sides, 2 mains, 1 glass of wine, 1 flask of sake, £25. Perfect! They also looked very geared up for a Saturday night of takeaway madness and phone orders were already flooding in whilst we were there. We'll be back.

Went with some friends who are regulars at this restaurant. Cheap and cheerful but the food was excellent, fresh and full of flavour. Portion sizes were more than ample and staff were happy to suggest dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

We always pop in normally on a friday and love the informal seating and eating.
Food cooked fresh everytime to your liking. Good value and good portion sizes. try and sit facing the chefs so you can watch them do their stuff! Always busy with locals and do take away as well.

Good tasty food seved in fairly basic surroundings. Perfect for a quick lunch or takeaway. I will be trying the thai brassserie owned by the same company very soon as was impressed with the freshness and taste from this resturant. The szechuan beef was lovely.

Eaten all over Asia, and Yummy Eastbourne not a bad choice for urban UK !
All good reviews reflect this Asian Fast Food Café ! - it is a bit cramped and décor simple.Friday evening busy but service was very good and food came pretty quick.
Good Value - enjoyed it.

The reviews I read, rated this restaurant very highly. The portions were generous and filling, and it was good value for money. However as the food was cooked freshly in front of you, I assumed that the ingredients would also be authentic thai. They were not, the spicing was bland (no thai basil, lemon grass, fresh ginger, and all the other thai spices that I am used to) if you are not a thai foody, this may not be a problem, however I was disappointed
