I have enjoyed the food and service at this tucked away place many times but today when I asked for chop sticks I was given what looked like a fresh pair in the paper packet but on closer inspection they had been used and repackaged. Their explanation of a customer must have put them there is RUBBISH as they are stored out of sight of customers behind the counter so it must have been done by staff.
Then I find a piece of plastic film in my Singapore noodles after I have changed, and double checked my replacement chop sticks.
On the whole it’s good food and the service is swift and friendly but if I had to guess there have been changes in the kitchen and not for the better.

Thus tiny little noodle bar is culinary heaven in Eastbourne. The noodles are moreish. They are cooked right before your eyes, fresh abd full of flavour, it was busy but had a few at atmosphere. Will return and I completely recommend

Pre booked a seat as we know how popular this place is. Seats had been reserved. Orders taken within minutes food served within 1/4 hr. Excellent lovely flavoured very plentiful plates of delicious food at incredible value prices. Would highly recommend & will go again
