Ellis Edibles is the passion project of local baker and market regular, Elli, who brings her warmth and creativity to every market day.
Starting her small business journey through the LEAP programme with EDEAL, Elli has grown from a budding entrepreneur into one of the most beloved faces at Eastbourne Borough Market. With a smile always on her face, she's known for chatting with customers and often selling out of treats before the day is done!
Elli's bakes are lovingly made in her Eastbourne kitchen, often accompanied by a soundtrack of Taylor Swift or Harry Styles. Here’s a taste of what she brings to market:
Cookies – April’s special: Mini Egg Cookies
Cakes – A rotating selection of favourites, also available for special occasions
Cupcakes – Always a hit, especially this month’s Vanilla Cupcake
Brownies – Extra indulgent with assorted chocolate chunks
