Here at Haulaway we can't believe how the time is flying!! We are already in May which means a new chosen charity as part our scheme to help raise funds for our local community.

Our chosen charity for May is Care for the Carers, a group of people working tirelessly to help others through representation, advice and many different forms of support. Care for the Carers have been supporting and representing unpaid carers in East Sussex since 1989 and their team of staff and volunteers provide free practical and emotional advice – face to face, by telephone, or online.

It is surprising to learn that 51 people become carers in East Sussex every day and there are over 60,000 carers in East Sussex including 2,228 in Hailsham.

For every skip hired in May, £1.00 will be donated to this lovely charity to help them to continue providing all the invaluable services they offer.
