How do you watch your TV? If you are a Freeview user, whether it's built into your TV or you have a Freeview recorder, it's important to know of the new update that Freeview is rolling out in 2018.

Starting in February 2018 Freeview have been rolling out a new updated frequency plan, which will affect your TV viewing when it's rolled out in your area. This updated has been advised to be carried out between Feb and June this year. It's been advised that it will be happening across East Sussex in March.

What do you do if you've lost your Freeview channels?

The first thing we always recommend is to retune your TV using your TV remote, some TV's may do this automatically without you having to do anything but it's always good to check as there may be an update to remove channels that no longer existing off your TV guide.  

Struggling to retune?

If you are struggling to retune your TV it's not a problem you can always contact the office and we can try and talk to you through it over the phone. Sometimes it's easier if someone is guiding you through.

As we mentioned there is a frequency update, this is due to take effect in the East Sussex area on 21st March 2018 we are not aware how this will affect Eastbourne and the surrounding areas yet but as soon as we know we will update you.
