On the 6th February 2018 the nation celebrated the 100th anniversary of the female vote so we thought it only fitting to share some appreciation for all the women working in the electrical industry.
It's great that more women are taking an interest and choosing a career as an electrician but from the looks of it the numbers are still low. Being a member of the NICEIC we receive regular updates and newsletters regarding the electrical industry and came across their "Jobs for the Girls" campaign which was actually set up in 2011, to encourage more women into the field.
