It brings together over seventy years of combined experience within the residential property industry. Set up on 19th September 2012 by Zita Ginger and Peter Sanders specialising in the letting of residential properties the business then expanded into sales in September 2017.
Zita Ginger heads up the Lettings division with her vast knowledge and experience in the lettings industry and carries the relevant ARLA qualifications. Wealth of knowledge Peter Sanders has been in the property business for over thirty years and so has a wealth of property knowledge not only in lettings but also in property management. Lisa Sanders is the financial Director and deals swiftly with payments to our clients and contractors. James Sibley is their RICS Associate Qualified Lettings Manager and is always happy to advise and assist Ginger & Sanders' clients.
