Club stalwart and past Seniors' captain John Heald once again organised and hosted a Seniors' Xmas competition proving that although everyone likes to win they can have some fun as well.
Unfortunately the game was arranged on a drizzly & windy day which took the edge off the proceedings but nevertheless around 30 seniors braved the conditions followed by an "all day breakfast" in the clubhouse.
Prizes were given out by current Seniors' Captain Colin Wood, ( pictured driving off the first tee ) and who won a couple of prizes himself. Also pictured competitors waiting for their tee time from starter Santa Claus - who looks sort of familiar!
The winner of the 1-18 H/cap category was Colin Wood with 38 points followed in second & third place by Stuart Gillies and Jim Mander with 32 points and 31 points respectively
