Eastbourne Sunday Soup Kitchen started in the January of 2012 and had been operating out of the St John Ambulance HQ in Bourne Street in Eastbourne until December 2019 when we took the soup out to the street homeless here in Eastbourne

We are a group of like minded people who provide a hot meal, snacks, hot and cold drinks and provisions to some of Eastbourne homeless or those in need. We also signpost to other services where necessary or requested.

Helping the Homeless - Eastbourne was set up to assist the local homeless people by asking for specific things needed that week! Surviving the Streets hand over clothing, sleeping bags and backpacks but there is a storage issue.

The Matthew 25 Mission is an Eastbourne-based charity offering a weekday drop-in and support service to some of the Town’s most vulnerable people.

Warming Up The Homeless (WUTH) support, feed, and clothe 45,000 men, women, and children a year via outreach, weekly Saturday Kitchen, and monthly Sunday Supper Club drop-in sessions, our Homestart scheme, welfare and advocacy or our rapid response team. The Charity now has its own lawyer specialising in housing and will undertake all housing issues that our homeless communities face. We also offer a satellite food bank, run strictly on a referral basis, and currently supply 200+ food parcels a week to rough sleepers or those who are vulnerably housed homeless.
