Award winning Concentus prides itself on being one of the largest and most vocally adventurous and diverse in the area. The choir is also twinned with a German gospel choir and enjoys many social activities outside of its rehearsal schedule. Singing anything from Abba medleys to Zadok the Priest, and genres including jazz, choral, classical, musical favourites and rock, Concentus pleases most tastes within its varied programmes.
Ability to read music is not a pre-requisite to joining; a short non-pressured audition is required just to ensure that you are put within the correct vocal range.
Rehearsals are on Mondays at Willingdon School, Broad Road, WIllingdon starting at 7:15pm, and start up again on 5th September for Christmas performances.
