We are a small, registered Charity based in Eastbourne, helping deaf, deafened, deafblind, and hard of hearing adults across East Sussex.

6038fe9e0a6f6c54b10f9490

Our goal is to maintain our Centre as a sanctuary for deaf people, where time is taken to communicate as effectively as possible.  Access to our Centre is easy – all on one level – and we aim to make sure that everyone is welcomed as soon as they step inside.

Our drop-in days are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4pm.  On these days we offer free, impartial information and advice on all aspects of hearing loss; demonstrations of hearing assistive equipment such as amplified telephones and TV listeners; and a hearing aid maintenance and batteries service for NHS audiology patients.

We also run popular BSL sign language and Lipreading classes, and organise hard of hearing social groups across the county.

We look forward to meeting you.
