Making Eastbourne a Dementia Friendly Town
We aim to make Eastbourne a dementia friendly town. Working in partnership with local organisations & businesses, we help people living with dementia &/or their carers by raising awareness of the condition & signposting people to info & services.
A group of local private and public sector support services have joined forces to help make Eastbourne dementia friendly. The group has been established to help people affected by dementia, their carers, friends and families.
