We offer a range of services form face-face and online monthly coffee meetings, 1:1 telephone support as well as intervention programmes. Our ethos is to empower parents with the knowledge and skills to be able to support their child at home.
Our fundamental aim is to connect marginalized parents, children and young people facing mental health issues with the wider community so that they do not feel alone and isolated; parenting a child with an illness is hard enough but there is an added burden with mental illness. We are helping to end the stigma around mental health and normalize the conversations. We believe that educating, supporting and empowering families is crucial to the mental health of the next generation, along with early intervention and support.
If you need support or would like to get involved further details can be found on our website or contact us on 01323 315005
