Volunteer-led support based in Eastbourne for women and young girls of working age to build their confidence, skills and the strength to transform their lives.
WayfinderWoman Trust provides support to women in and around Eastbourne through the peer support offered at their drop-in centre in central Eastbourne. Driven by dedicated volunteers, this organisation offers a safe, welcoming environment where women freely discuss their issues, overcome personal challenges and gain essential skills within a strong community network. By encouraging professional growth, they aim to create positive change and expanded opportunities for local women and girls.
WayfinderWoman also offers in person and on-line workshops on topics women have requested that builds their skills and confidence. It signposts too to other organisations and individuals who can provide pro-bono support and aims to work with local businesses to foster a positive working relationship. As well as seeking financial support, there are a wide range of volunteer opportunities for those who want to give something back to their community, or who want to develop their skills and find work
