Meet us in front of The Perch in Princes Park for a seafront walk east to Sovereign Harbour or west to the Pier.
This walk takes a bit more than an hour as the group has their coffee break at the turn around point, recharging before the walk back. You can leave along the way to make the walk shorter if you prefer.
Health Walks are a great way to gradually build your fitness and boost your mental health in a manageable and sociable way. Because the groups are so supportive and friendly, you'll keep coming back every week, which is when the health benefits kick in.
You might even start to go on more than one a week!
