It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where mums can come together to talk openly about their reality—the highs, the lows, and everything in between. There is plenty of toys and space for under 5s to run and play.
There will be a topic for discussion each week.
28th Feb - Attachment and Bonding - How do we form secure attachment with our babies, what impact will that have on them long term
7th March - Positive Parental Communication - How do we ask our toddlers effectively for what we want from them rather than constantly telling them off when they are so full on and into everything?
14th March - Modelling appropriate behaviour - Our kids learn far more from what we show them than tell them, what do you think they're learning and how do you feel about it?
21st March - Sleep - Are you getting any, how?
28th March - Feeding and Weaning
4th April - Childcare
