The Burlington is great value for money we have been twice this year and are going again next month Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely restaurant good food, great bar area where you can sit and relax. Entertainment most evenings. Room are clean and tidy, the downside is it needs updating a little tired

Everything was excellent except for the smokers congregating at the front entrance. Surely there should be a better area set aside for them. It wasn't very nice to have to walk through them all to get in or out and the butts on the pavement didn't give a good imptession.

No atmosphere , no bingo , food was ok , service was ok , disappointed with room window in bathroom was letting in wind we had to block with newspaper . At least we had a good night sleep as all was quiet no squeaky floorboards .

So close to the espanade and pier. with 2 family members one with difficulty walking the other 95 with balance issues. it was perfect and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I had a single room on the 3rd floor,view was great shame the weather wasn't bit that didn't put a dampener 😂on my stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, location was perfect ,the room was a single but plenty of room and own shower/toilet,for what I paid = 1 extremely satisfied customer, would highly recommend staying here
