Hotel is in a great location right opposite the peir the reception staff were very helpful check-in. And out was very easy the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly service is fast and efficient we paid for breakfast and were not disappointed it was good value well cooked with plenty of choice our room 100 was a little tired in need of some TLC carpet needed cleaning the bathroom sink was cracked and bathroom floor needed relaying room was very hot despite the heating not being on these are only small moans and wouldn't put me off booking again

The hotel is located right across the street from Eastbourne's pier. Perfect location, close to town center and the beach. It is clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are tiny, as you would expect from most British hotels. WiFi is not available in rooms, only in lobby.

Read TripAdvisor after booking then thought OMG what have I done, but it wasn't that bad.
Yes the rooms could do with an update but were clean. Staff were ok. Great location. Checked in early without a problem & paid a £1.00 for a parking permit so happy days

Super location - just by the pier and we were also lucky to get a parking space just outside. You can collect a parking permit from the hotel reception. Alternatively there is a NCP carpark just down the road. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Our room was fine - nice and clean with all the basics as expected with a 2 star hotel. We had a family room with came with bunkbeds for the children.

Great place and great location. It's very close to the pier and corner shops or restaurant and pubs. Room was clean and big providing enough space for 2 of us. The only negative is the Internet which wasn't available in the room. The password was provided but not the network.

The staff were attentive and efficient. The room was nice and clean. The beds were made and the towels changed daily. Finally the shower was excellent.
