Loved the space from the room.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The WiFi was free only downstairs in the living room area, however poor connection.
The sheets and towels were smelling damp.
It would've been great if it was a fridge in the room.

We made a last minute booking to take advantage of a good weather week whilst we were in Sussex for another event. Having stayed before I was familiar with the hotel already. However I found the service so friendly and helpful and the room so good. We were only 1 minute from the pier, 3 minutes from restaurants, and a couple of minutes from the seasonal stalls selling knick knacks and food. So everything close to hand, the room was clean and comfortable and we had a great sea view. The lift is a great asset at this hotel, particularly for the elderly dog who no longer does stairs. This was a really enjoyable 2 night stay

Had a good stay here. It was last minute and they were friendly and catered our needs. They also have some dog friendly rooms which was nice and comfortable.
The hotel could do with a facelift but we found it a nice little place to stay. There wasn't a lot of parking.

Great location, 30sec walking to the beach and pier, lot of good eating places nearby.
But the mattresses in the family room we were in really needs to be changed as oon as possible.

Fantastic quiet little hotel.
I have just had a weekend here with a coach group and the staff here make the hotel. The food is lovely for a 2 star hotel,the staff are helpfull kind and a very good laugh. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff here. I would stay here over and over again in a heartbeat.
Great value and perfect seafront location even though Eastbourne has become a bit of a dive in recent years which is a shame.

I was very positively surprised - for a two-star hotel, it is a very pleasant place!The hotel is located right on the pier, close to the city centre and near Beachy Head. Very friendly staff. Dog friendly hotel and great location for walking. We (me and my dog) will definitely come back here!

My sister and I stayed here for 5 days. We had a balcony and sea front view. We loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady cleaning the rooms was wonderful. Thanks to you all. I would definitely stay here again. I only have one fault and that is there was no fridge. A fridge is badly needed especially in summer.

My friend and I appreciated the receptionist's positive attitude. He was courteous, knowledgeable and available.
Rooms were clean, tidy and well ventilated.
We valued that our belongings could be looked after even after a check-out whilst we went for a walk in the nature.
Well appreciated stay and we'll definitely come back.

Ohm Energy have been looking after our aging heat pump installation since we bought the property in 2021. I have been pleasantly surprised to find a supplier who have been responsive and helpful - Keith has been a particular help in answering my questions, both over the current byzantine system (not their installation), and as we plan our future build works.

I must mention the recent fix following a Christmas Day failure; Keith turned up very promptly (on their first day of normal hours), rapidly diagnosed the failure, and returned at a later date (again, on time) with the correct parts, and fixed our heating.

When we do our building works, we’ll be using Ohm Energy, and it’s largely down to the service of individuals like Keith on-site and Emma in the office.
