It feels like the covid-measures they have put in place are effective and give you peace of mind. Not only that but it's a lovely pub with a good menu, especially if your other half is (annoyingly) a vegetarian. Great selection of booze on tap and well presented.

Great service. The one way system is a bit of a pain but it is how life is at the moment and it would be unfair to give less than 5 stars just because of measures that businesses need to take because of the times we live in at present.

Waiting an hour for starters and it wasn't even busy had to get my boyfriend's sent back not cooked thru then 1 hour for main course was very good but an hour wait no apology at all the pub is very clean however and nice surroundings just service too slow and a bit pricey for food especially waiting an hour n for it to b cold etc won't go back even though very clean n staff were nice enough not the point

First place we went to eat after lockdown we didn't know what to expect but they put all the measures in place, explained what they were etc. Lucy was so lovely and welcoming. We had lasagne and chips which was soooooooooooo good. And came out really quickly. Either that or we drank too much wine ha! Thanks for looking after us Lucy :)
