Good for what we wanted, a family reunion. Very central which was brilliant and very nice staff.
Breakfast adequate. Very basic. But staff very helpful. DO NOT like milk bottles on tables. How long have they been there.?How many people have used them? Not very efficient Jugs as needed should be provided. And what about fried eggs ? Got tired of scrambled eggs on the third day. Or poached eggs. Even kippers ? Not everyone comes on a coach and on a fixed price. But fruit is nice, but again a bit boring after 3 days. Variety as they say is the spice of life.

Fabulous location , felt very welcome
Lovely Staff especially the girl at reception, nice atmosphere. Beautiful Building . Went to sleep to the sound of the sea waves , very relaxing

I had a hard mattress’s no sleep for 4 night in room 414 I was upset I reported but never done anything I ask for a duvet and said no to my request

Room was good although bathroom a bit cramped.

Passable
The hotel is located in the city centre with the beachfront, lots of places to eat and promenade in front of the hotel.
The room was small and located in a corner with no views of the outside. The toilets were bit untidy and the bed was smaller than a usual double.

The parking facility - we paid for parking, went out and no spaces when we came back, had to drive round numerous times trying to park somewhere
