Was enjoyable apart from the room problems. Didn't enjoy the food much. It seemed like budget food.
Staff were helpful and pleasant.
My small double room bathroom was galley type with a bath. Toilet was wedged between bath and wall. Was uncomfortable to use as not enough leg room. It also had not been cleaned properly. The sink was old and patched up. The steam extractor was old and noisy. Windows didn't shut properly and room was cold at night. Stephen.
My Mother and Sister, on arrival, had to move room to 4th floor away from me on 1st Floor, because it was not disabled friendly due to shower step. That was inconvenient but the other room was fine.

Lovely staff great location and fantastic service
Comfortable room with sea view
Staff were very helpful and polite, nothing was a problem
They shared responsibilities and seemed to work well as a team, same every time I have stayed which is why I return
I feel very comfortable staying there Lift kept breaking down, other left was out of order so a problem for disabled, but old hotel so to be expected

Seaview was unexpected,staff no.fuss even though checked out late,were very good about it.
Location was good,value great. Overall this time very good Shower took awhile to heat up,but once it did was great.

A good overnight stay with a view
I had a problem with the room soon after checkin and after telling reception I was moved to another room straight away which was a bonus as it had a lovely sea view and was a very comfortable room.
I could not fault the staff in any way, they were helpful and friendly in what is a very busy hotel with coach parties coming and going.
The food in the restaurant was good value for the money paid and the choice was good. The small lift!
