The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the beach and very close to the city center, train station, shops and restaurants. We had a nice, clean, warm and cozy room and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. It's a pity we only stayed one night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I wish well.
We are very pleased with the hotel and the room we stayed in.
The only downside of our room was the regulation of the shower temperature (the control was very difficult to move) and the view from the window, which was specified in the offer and reflected in the reduced room price during the transparent process of booking the room, so we knew what we were choosing and cannot complain.

Staff were so friendly, especially Alec! nice little chocolates. Home-y vibe. They gave us towels, extra heaters, and a free breakfast which was so unexpected.
It was quite cold but once we ordered heaters it was ok.

Really central and great value for money
Staff were very friendly and helpful; the 24hr desk is very useful. Although the accommodation does not provide breakfast they provide a breakfast bag with fruit etc. And a discount at the breakfast across the road which was very nice.
The best were quite hard.

Good value for money
The hotel is good value for money and the staff at the reception were very welcoming. Everything was fine for our one-night stay.
It would have been nice to have a breakfast buffet on offer. But we were given a breakfast snack bag.

Perfect location directly in front of the beach! Easy access to cafes and restaurants by foot within 5 minutes. The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly (we'd like to thank specifically the young gentleman taking care of the shift from late afternoon; apologies that we couldn't recall your name). Although there were no catering options on-site, there were a social/breakout area at the groundfloor with vending machines and drinks. The hotel also provides discount vouchers for restaurants across the street for breakfast buffet, lunch or dinner.
The hotel is over 100 years old and thus it was very easy for us to hear someone staying in the room above our floor and outside in the corridor. Similarly the reason, there is only one elevator (small) at the hotel for over 45 rooms. The accessibility may be improved, e.g., for travelers with huge luggage or baby strollers.

very relaxing
Spacious room with a lovely view of the sea. Very comfortable bed. Clocolates on arrival and a lovely packed breakfast on departure. Very friendly and helpful reception. We would stay again if back in the area.
