Lovely stay and beautiful company. Location was superb. No power in the shower, it was more of a drip. The breakfast cutlery ie the bottles of milk and small glasses for juices were stained, all of them, they didn’t look clean .

Pleasant staff who work hard great location but let down by company not spending money to give them a great working envi Property location is great Property is now showing its age and although most need some decoration certain areas are in urgent need of redecoration . Visited also earlier in year and surprised to see lift still out of order . Certain things such as toilet seats not secured properly and extractor in bathrooms looked like not cleaned for years .

Happy helpful staff, better quality food would have made it an excellent stay We were upgraded to superior twin and it was excellent. WE liked the extras nice hot chocolate, very nice biscuits and two bottles of water nearly every day. The view of the sea was brilliant. The lighting in the bedroom could have been better. It would have been nice to have had the bathroom wiped out everyday. The menu got a little boring as it was repeated every 3/4 days and limited a salad would've been a nice option. There is a long outstanding issue with a non working lift. The working lift did play up a couple of times but luckily it did not affect us.

Great for a trip to the seafront, wouldn't dine again but would definitely stay again. The location was fantastic, you cross the road and you are at the pier. The room was lovely, nice and renovated and a very spacious bathroom, great for a couples getaway. It was nice that there was entertainment provided, I thought that was a really good option to have and I also really liked that they had a bar looking out onto the seafront as well as the restaurant. Staff were also really lovely, every single staff member I spoke to had great customer service and a willingness to help even though it looked as though they were being worked really hard. The room came with a coffee machine but it didn't work, that was just a small thing. Our room was right next to the only working lift in the building, so we had no need for a wake up call as noisy neighbours woke us up at 6AM having a laugh by the lift. Not too bad in the grand scheme of things. The stairwell was in disrepair, and a lot of the building looked like it needed work but judging from our room which was lovely, I'm guessing this is in progress. The parking was full up by the time we got there, there was no signposting on how to get to the car park either online or when travelling which was pretty stressful. It was on a one way road so we did have to loop back over and over to find it and then to see if the on street spaces there were free, but none were. If this happens to you, there's a multi storey called Trinity Car Park, you can just go in there for overnight and then it's only 5 minute walk to the hotel. The breakfast I wished we didn't pay for as it was really disorganised, silly things like no clean tables and no clean plates for the buffet, it made me not want to go up again as it was all a big faff. Felt really embarrassing moving from table to table because we were being told the area we had chosen to sit was closed off (no signs or anything and nobody told us when we were instructed to choose our own seat), I think just by leading people to available seating that could be prevented.
