Location.
The pictures on booking.com didn't represent the room. We booked a superior double room which was pictured with 3 large windows overlooking the sea and got a dark room due to the only window being covered partly by the outside metal steps. They said there was no option to change.

Location was brilliant. The sea view of the pier was amazing. The room was huge. The bed/pillows were super comfortable.
The small table was broken but still placed, had you not noticed & placed a cup of tea on it, it could have been a scalding accident. The hairdryer was clunky & pathetic, it overheated & turned off when I hadn’t finished. The building is obviously very old & you literally cant step anywhere without the floor creaking, same for room above you. The TV wasn’t netflix etc compatible.

I liked the location and the sea view room.
The staff where lovely friendly and helpful. THe bed was too small and asoo. As u enter the room it had a strong smell of the toilets. carpet could do with upgrading as it is old and ripped. Also the room needs to be dusted as it was full of dust.

Location..we went for the Air Show.. fabulous.
Condition of the sash windows is shocking.
Shower tray filled up and drained very slowly.
Poor level of cleanliness floors sills skirting boards shower sill.
1/2 Lifts were out of order.
