Great location and reasonable value, but set your expectations low
Great location on Eastbourne seafront. Has its own space limited car park - £6 per day. Good value breakfast (esp if purchased the previous evening). Lots of lounge space
Major issue with only one working tiny lift (more space in an average wardrobe) for a hotel with guest rooms on floors 1-4 … completely unacceptable. Rooms are small and have tired decor and stained carpets. Beds are comfortable but small. Hotel needs major investment / refurbishment internally and externally.

Exceptional view from room. Breakfast great with gluten-free options.
It was extremely hot in the hotel. Terrible bathroom. Mould on the wall. Shower curtain stuck to our bodies. Very rundown but atmospheric. Lift Terrible. Ended up taking luggage down hazardous stairs.

We required a full fire safety assessment of our apartment front door, and after struggling with a couple of other local companies, due to lack of explanation on both the work and cost, SFRA came in with full transparency, explanations and suggestions much more suitable and cost effective.
Working directly with David - after coming out to take a look at our door, he provided us with a full in depth report over email and whastapp. All done within a couple of days to help us meet the deadline we had coming up to provide all the paperwork.
