Norman is absolutely fantastic and since using his services, I would never look elsewhere to book a holiday (big or small).
Norman has a great amount of knowledge about so many destinations, as an example, I had booked a holiday with a different company before I met Norman, and he had saved me a massive headache by telling me they were sending me to the wrong airport gate. Without Norman I would have missed my flight.

Stayed a few times, short notice trip this week & walked in hoping the could fit us in, very accommodating & gave us a room for 2 nights.
Bright clean room, comfy beds & could see the sea & pier.
Great location opposite the pier & town.
Staff are lovely, helpful & friendly.
Will be staying again in a few months.

Very pleased and satisfied with the excellent response and service provided by this company this week. After our enquiry call on Thursday pm an appointment was speedily made for the engineer to visit on Friday pm. Problem located, replacement parts fitted and checked all to a high standard . Would most certainly recommend this local company in Eastbourne.

This place could be amazing. The hotel is old and run down. In dire need of TLC. The owners should really invest in this place. However, the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful and made the stay better for us. They went out of their way to talk to us at breakfast and were polite throughout. The male receptionist was really nice, he changed my room when I wasn't happy to a much nicer one. I can't fault the staff, and i take my hat off to them for making the best out of what they have to work with. 10/10 for the staff team.. They deserve a raise...
