We have used Norman from Travelosophers a number of times now, and his services are second to none. Even when we thought we had found a great package hoilday online. Norman was able to beat that price and get a better star hotel for us!
We were very impressed with his customer service and attention to detail and the ability not to get annoyed with the amount of questions we asked lol.

Didn’t like having to go thru different depts ,with long 45 min wait for referral to Cust Services for simple admin change that was then charged £50!
