During the Covid 19 Lockdown, Eva has enabled all of us to continue our yoga classes from the Stable via ZOOM...This has ensured we can benefit from the amazing range of classes, as well as keeping in touch with all our yogi friends via this app. So non of us feel alone and isolated during this difficult time . Yoga Life Studio is a beautiful space which is conveniently located on the outskirts of Eastbourne town centre. It is easy to get to and there is plenty of paid or free parking nearby. The teachers are all so welcoming and approachable. There is a huge range of classes, workshops, activities and meet-ups. They have lots of information on their website and social media which helps when wanting to find out more.

With lockdown people were missing out on their yoga classes which especially in these troubling times are vital for their mental and physical wellbeing.Eva quickly turned the studio into an online studio meaning that students could access classes.It has been brilliant and the yoga studio online community continues to grow offering a safe space when things get too much x

David kindly hosted a video meeting on Monday to get some of the members together for support and suggestions on how to restart our businesses after the lockdown. It was really good to meet some of the members and listen to the suggestions. I have been able to take the best bits and mind map my chaotic thoughts into a more ordered way. Today I have started to action the best bits and have had a bit more confidence to start actual promotion for future events rather than just keeping in touch with my followers. David has been great for following up after the call and his support and happiness is always welcome!
