Came to this company via a random google search.
Had never heard of them and their Google reviews were not good! And we spoke about that before carrying on .
Having tried a few others without success I got a call back from Kieran Miller.
We needed specialist help for the insurance and Kieran was really good: kind, understanding , patient with my 100 questions, sympathetic .. all these helped. No judgement from him.
He came back to me later in the day with a quote .. where others had failed he provided a solid quote from a reputable company .
Added in some extras and paid and the paperwork arrived safely by e mail.
Obv can’t comment about claims as hope we will never have to but this front end setting up - though long and involved was definitely made bearable by Kieran’s understanding.

I had a diamond bangle, custom-made Alex was just tremendous great customer service from design to the finish piece. I always use this Jewellers and have done for the last four years. They have always been absolutely great and done exactly what I’ve asked for. In shortening or lengthening pieces of jewellery custom sizing old pieces. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
