The Swain brothers provided guidance on the type of windows allowed as we live within a conservation area and were very responsive to our wishes within the conservation area constraints. They kept us fully informed of the work sequence and timings during the project. All three of their staff who worked on our home were extremely courteous, punctual and efficient. Replacing windows is a messy business however they covered our furniture as required and vacuumed once they were completed, keeping the disruption to a minimum. We would highly recommend the Swain Brothers.

The work was carried out over a 1year period. I cannot speak too highly of the efficiency and quality of the work done. When snags arose I was presented with solutions, not just problems. The original quote agreed was the final price paid. This experience was an example of a talented group of craftsmen working as a team.

Andy, Tim and Zach have just completed work on our utility roof, windows and doors. We found them to be thoroughly professional and were clearly very knowledgeable in their line of work. They were punctual, polite and just quietly "got on with it" with no airs and graces. They were totally approachable and willing to discuss things at the time if we had any questions - nothing was too much trouble. We are really impressed with the end result, their workmanship really is first class. There was no mess and the work was completed in 2 1/2 days as promised. Highly recommended - thank you Swain.

I am very happy with my new windows and cladding. The price was very reasonable for good quality products. The end result is better than I expected and I am really pleased I chose Swain Bros to do the job. The men were professional, friendly, polite, tidy and I would highly recommend them. Excellent job as always. We have had the Swain Boys do all our replacement windows over the last 7 years since we bought our property and will continue to use them in the future. This job was quoted for planning permission in October 2018, drawings with measurements were produced quickly for the Planning. The work had to be done in conjunction with other tradesmen and all went without a hitch. Can't recommend highly enough.
