This is an exceptional place. Every single member of staff is welcoming, friendly, professional & helpful. The atmosphere is always calm & the environment is lovely. I can’t recommend highly enough. It’s well worth switching to this fabulous place (I did, after over 40 years at my last place!!)

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Rooms are quite modern and sufficient for a short stay. The service good and the receptionist very friendly. The choice of breakfast not great though, unless you want full english and not much apart from that. Also, the hotel needs a proper refurbishment, it has the dirtiest carpets on the staircase I have ever seen and this includes hotels in Africa. Doors in the corridors and the toilet have disgusting dirty patches where people touch it. No sanitizers in the toilets. I would recommend it for 1-2 nights stay, not longer.
