Arrived early and managed to park ok. Good value £6 per day. In a fabulous spot opposite Eastbourne Pier. Outside very shabby. Entrance way and reception area looking smarter. Kind and helpful young woman on reception. Not bad soo far….
Our room in the second floor was ready early. But oh dear! Basic and in despairing decay. Bedroom clean other than carpet stains. Paintwork on the door grubby and emulsioned. Window frames rotting. The bathroom defies description. Everything scratched, chipped and grubby. No matching suit here. Yellowed sink with broken sealant all around. Toilet basin stained at the bottom. Bath grimy looking. Bath park chipped and scratched. No money spent here in a very long time.
At £100 I would have hoped for better. But lesson learned.

did quite a wide search looking for hotel with lift, seafront and ease for disabled. The Afton has 5 steps at entrance I was unaware but they will charge up mobility scooters for you. Rooms are good size plenty of wardrobe hanging space and drawers. Tea and coffee facility.The bathroom is a reasonable size but they call a walk in shower one that you climb into. I didn`t have difficulty but some might.Bed was soft but fairly comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good ...full english for those that eat that. Loads of toast tea good coffee dreadful. The main problem is parking you need to purchase a £2 a day ticket with your blue badge being displayed.

For a number of years I have been suffering with a reaccuring hamstring injury which has hindered my sporting ambititons. Past treatment has seemed to help for so long but then I find myself back at square one. It got to the point where I thought I may have to give up my sport and leave a dream behind but that did all change once visiting Lushington Chiroprcatic.
I have progressed greatly after having specific treatment with Dr James Revell and massage with Jess Plail. I would highly reccomend the clinic and Chiropractic care for any injury or any problem someone maybe suffering with.
My experience has taught me a great deal, not only about the injury but also their prevention and how Chiropractic gets to the route of the problem. Chiropractic is now a huge part of my life and will contine to be :) Thank you to all at Lushington Chiropractic.

I came to Lushington Chiropractic in a pretty bad way for someone of my age (male - late 20's). I was getting muscular pains in the middle of my back and a lack of mobility and stiffness in my upper back which was now interrupting all areas of my daily life.
On my first visit I was quite nervous but I was put at ease straightaway by the team on reception. When I met Dr James Revell, we discussed my medical history and straight away he highlighted areas that may have caused my problems. A culmination of past sporting injuries, long hours working at a desk with poor ergonomics and bad posture were all contributing factors.
We discussed my treatment plan and after a period of 6 months I can honestly say I have seen a MASSIVE improvement to my overall health and well being. My chiropractic and massage treatments continue to improve my physical well being and I have also been advised on ways to improve my overall fitness, have been provided with a daily stretch plan and I have also taken James's advice to improve my workspace ergonomics.
I still go for a treatment once a month and each time the team are genuinely happy to see me and assist me, even when busy - very rare these days and a credit to the clinic.
Oh and they have on-site parking which makes a huge difference in Eastbourne town centre especially when visiting during my working day!
I will never be entirely rid of my back problems but the fact I am 90% better than when I first went in speaks volumes for Lushington Chiropractic. I dread to think what I would have been like in 10 years time if I had not acted now and I have no hesistation when recommending the clinic to family and friends.

Having had back problems for a number of years and tried a number of chiropractors around Sussex, I am extremely happy with the service and results I have seen since joining Lushington Chiropractic. My back has been getting worse over the years, not to be unexpected when you are a tall man like me. Last year I was bent like a banana despite doing nothing strenuous. I bumped into Dr Revell on a stand at the Extreme event on the seafront. He had a look and he made me an appointment to see Dr Rogers a couple of days later. After the first visit I could see signs of improvement and within a week I was on the mend.
I now have a regular programme of sessions with Dr Rogers and intersperse these with massage from Jesse and my back is great nearly all the time. As soon as I feel as if somethings not right they always find a space to squeeze me in and as they know me, and more importantly, my back, they put me straight (literally!!) immediately. I even got seen on Christmas Eve at an hours notice.
The staff are all so professional and friendly that I have had no hesitation in recommending the practice to friends and they have all been extremely satisfied with the treatment they received. But the main thing for me is that I now walk upright and pain free and for that I cannot thank them enough.

The quality of service and standard of care at Lushington Chiropractic is second to none. Everyone is friendly and there is a real family environment throughout the clinic.
