Lee at Tiny Tipper has been brilliant. Supplied type 1 and sharp sand for private house but will use on jobs for customers.

Lee was absolutely great. Fast and easy delivery. Easy to order online. Gave me a call day before to confirm delivery and again when he was on route on delivery day. Definitely recommend!!

Nadia is such a skilled masseuse - only reason for 4 star is the room was unexpectedly cold - but probably because I was first person in on a freezing morning!! I’m sure that Nadia will get the heaters on earlier another time and she really does give a superb massage, very therapeutic :-)

Nice hotel ..on the sea front .
Food was tasty and delicious.. Staff were helpful and friendly..sort staff in restaurant but reception staff helped as we were going theatre and we would have been late if not stood in!
Car park but £6 a day !
And not secure as car window was broken after 4 days stay .

Nice place to stay. Entertainment some evenings is pretty good. Drink prices not a rip off. Good choice breakfast. Room servicing needs to improve a bit.

We really enjoyed our stay here, room was clean with good facilities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful making us feel at home straight away.
The location is perfect for the beach and pier also gets excellent sunrises if you're up early enough.
Breakfast selection was excellent and the evening menu was very varied each time.
A very traditional hotel that I would definitely stay at again.
