Pleasantly surprised by this pub
Never been in before but glad we did. The staff were super friendly, a great atmosphere and the ambience was very nice. Will definitely go back. In fact we are planning on going back soon for a meal

Historic spot in the beautiful part of Pevensay. Very nice lady informed us about the English Heritage Card. We did the crack the code walk with the kids and they liked it! Small shop at the site with local wines, jams etc

The hotel could do with a little decor make-over, apart from that the room was very nice, the staff was very friendly and kind. We enjoyed how stay there and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
