So wonderful to have a yoga community in Eastbourne, Yoga Life Studio is a hub for all things yoga and is so welcoming and supportive. Such a wide range of class and so many interesting workshops to try out. I love that every Saturday they run a Community Yoga class which is donations only. Amazing to support local charities and give back into the community but also great for anyone that wants to come to yoga but struggles with the cost - very inclusive. I’m so glad I have found the Yoga Life Studio, it really has changed my life in so many ways for the better

Yoga Life Studio is a little haven away fromthe hustle and bustle of Eastbourne. As soon as you enter the courtyard there is an overwhelming sense of calm. They offer classes to suit all moods from restorative to aerial. All the teachers I've experienced have been excellent, full of encouragement and understanding and the students are as welcoming as the tutors. Itravel from Hastings to come to classes here and leave transformed everytime 💜🙏

Yoga at its very best . Always authentic and professionally taught . Very inclusive to any type of Yogi , whatever your experience you can join in . The other thing I love is how they are open to trying new things . Personally I love Sunset Yoga , Beach and although yet to try I would like to try Yoga with Alpacas and Paddle Board Yoga . They really embrace Nature and the basic principles of Yoga . Lots of variety . The only thing stops me doing more is work and finances ....

This has got to be the best yoga studio in Town. Eva is so welcoming and a great teacher. The studio has a wonderful energy of peace and tranquillity. There are also a range of different yoga classes to choose to suit every ones abilities and needs.

The Yoga Life Studio has an amazing atmosphere. The Studio itself exudes as sense of calm and tranquillity so you immediately feel at ease. There is a plethora of things that go on there. I teach a 'Rest and Digest' yoga class there on a Saturday morning and I always enjoy 'being' in the Yoga Life Studio as do my class members. If you are looking for a supportive, nurturing, restorative yoga community you will find it here. As many different Classes/Sessions/ Workshops as there are amazing teachers and therapists.

Beautifully calm and welcoming studio in the heart of Eastbourne. There's something for everyone here, there are various classes running throughout the day and evenings and you drop into any class at a time to suit you. There's even a group that meets weekly on the beach if you like the fresh air!! All the teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable and most offer options in their lessons so that beginners right through to advanced yogis are able enjoy the practice. A beautiful calm safe space.

I love this quirkily beautiful studio. I teach a class for elders there. It's warm and cosy and beautifully designed with plenty of props - from regular yoga props to aerial swings and toys for mummy yoga classes. Every time I walk in there, I feel good, joyful and know the people who come to my class appreciate the abundance of cosy material and the warmth in winter and rays of sunshine in summer. And there are so many different classes on offer.
The real energy of the studio is Eva Kristalova, a creative yoga teacher who manages to sprinkle everyone with a huge smile and rays of nice feelings
Eva is also one of those people who remain optimistic and turns challenges into possibilities, always seeing the upside. She publicises the studio, responds to the many facebook pages messages, and sends the teachers suitable clients. She communicates and this is very important in a business with many self employed people.
So really, a business is about the person behind it. The studio has workshops nearly every Saturday featuring so many varied topics including some hip names, like David Sye of Yogabeats.
