Beautifully calm and welcoming studio in the heart of Eastbourne. There's something for everyone here, there are various classes running throughout the day and evenings and you drop into any class at a time to suit you. There's even a group that meets weekly on the beach if you like the fresh air!! All the teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable and most offer options in their lessons so that beginners right through to advanced yogis are able enjoy the practice. A beautiful calm safe space.

I love this quirkily beautiful studio. I teach a class for elders there. It's warm and cosy and beautifully designed with plenty of props - from regular yoga props to aerial swings and toys for mummy yoga classes. Every time I walk in there, I feel good, joyful and know the people who come to my class appreciate the abundance of cosy material and the warmth in winter and rays of sunshine in summer. And there are so many different classes on offer.
The real energy of the studio is Eva Kristalova, a creative yoga teacher who manages to sprinkle everyone with a huge smile and rays of nice feelings
Eva is also one of those people who remain optimistic and turns challenges into possibilities, always seeing the upside. She publicises the studio, responds to the many facebook pages messages, and sends the teachers suitable clients. She communicates and this is very important in a business with many self employed people.
So really, a business is about the person behind it. The studio has workshops nearly every Saturday featuring so many varied topics including some hip names, like David Sye of Yogabeats.

A gorgeous space that encompasses the teachings of yoga from the moment you step in. Run by two amazing women who live and breathe their passion, passing it on daily to students, friends and family. Welcoming to all, providing a safe space to escape everyday life. With such a wide variety of classes too there is something for every body. The teacher training course also on offer exceeds all expectations with such strong teachers who offer support and guidance through the course itself and everyday life struggles. One of my 'happy places' in Eastbourne.

A tiny little sanctuary of relaxation, compassion, love and happiness in the heart of Eastbourne. I make the journey down from miles away once a month to bathe myself in the gorgeousness of this wonderful little yoga studio - it’s run by beautiful people, for beautiful people and it is just the best place to go to top yourself up with feel-good vibes. Amazing classes, fabulous training courses and inspiring workshops are all run out of this little tucked away gem. Well worth a visit! I don’t even want to imagine Eastbourne without it.
