Excellent standard of workmanship, really know their trade. They came on time as arranged , very pleasant and helpful ,no radio and were exceptionally clean and tidy. The only thing left behind was an excellent set of good quality windows. If you want new double glazing don't look any further, get Swain Brothers Limited to do the job. Excellent Job. Well done. Completely happy right from first enquiry to completion of work! Very helpful in selecting what we wanted and the work was completed on time at the agreed price. Wouldn't hesitate to have them back and would recommend them unreservedly. Have had many very favourable comments from neighbours and passers by. Even had strangers knocking on the front door asking for details, so were happy to pass on one of their cards. The two brothers and their helper were a pleasure to do business with.

Very pleasant and friendly, put sheets over my carpets on stairs and hallway to protect them. Cleaned up as they went along. Very professional, total job completed within 1 hr 15 minutes. Completely satisfied with work done ,would recommend and will be using them again in the near future.

The Swain Brothers have been excellent from start to finish. We had new windows and doors in the entire property and also had a new roof on the conservatory along with windows and patio doors. The product supplied is excellent. I found the quote to be very competitive and the work carried out to the highest of standards, all of the work looks amazing. As other people have stated nothing was too much trouble. I found Andy, Tim and their nephew to be very polite and professional in all works carried out. No mess was left for us to clear up and my wife and I are delighted with the results. I am a very satisfied customer and will be recommending them in the future.

Initial contact after estimate and no after sales call. I live in Dover area and the quote was just as competitive as anyone in our area. Work was carried out over two and a half days. Work on schedule, clean and tidy and a polite team. Can not fault these guys, really impressed and worked extremely hard. Can highly recommend this company.
