The phone was answered quickly & the person I spoke to explained what needed doing. The only downside was, although I had paid on time, they didn’t have a record of it so I had to ring again & after some time, they found that I had indeed paid. So all good.

It is rare to come across such a positive experience these days. Upon telephoning I was warmly greeted, details speedily taken and the most competitively priced skip I have found immediately arranged. We were out when it was delivered but Shaun the driver called to confirm where it was to be placed and was as pleasant and cheery as the office staff. I then promptly received an email from Lisa with the receipt. Judging by all that I have encountered Haulaway must be a great place to work as the attitude of the staff speaks volumes. Thank you for being excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough and will spread the word whenever skips are mentioned.

We stayed in a superior room for 3 nights. Room was dirty and not hovered properly. Coffee machine and kettle dirty. Grubby marks on heater and bathroom doors. Housekeeper needs a talking too. Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. Plates were hot but milk jugs need a good clean ! Will be going back to the Queens next time !
