We stayed in a superior room for 3 nights. Room was dirty and not hovered properly. Coffee machine and kettle dirty. Grubby marks on heater and bathroom doors. Housekeeper needs a talking too. Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. Plates were hot but milk jugs need a good clean ! Will be going back to the Queens next time !

Whilst the work was ongoing, the operatives were very efficient and I was consulted about any minor adjustments that were required, and the site was always cleared up at the end of each day.
