I was looking for a 21st birthday present for my grandson. Jan Harman the shop assistant was excellent. There were no men's rings in the shop that i liked, so she brought out a catalogue she said " If there is a ring that i like , she would order it for me to view " It was just what i was looking for. Because of Jan's excellent customer service i purchased the ring and so doing, saved me a trip into Brighton. That would have been my next step.Thank you Jan

I went in to get help for the ring I wanted for my partner. Siobhan was the lady helping me go through the choices. She was so patient and helpful giving me the best advice. When I got the ring it was perfect to what I wanted. We also had to take it back for resizing and when we saw her she was so excited and happy for us. I can’t recommend this to get the ring you want. She made the experience much easier for me. I wanted to thank Siobhan for everything. She was so happy when she saw my partners face after the resizing it made me feel happy.
