I attended one of Mina's training sessions on how to use Twitter for business. I was a complete novice with Twitter and Mina very quickly demonstrated that she clearly knows her stuff when it comes to social media for business. She explained how to use Twitter in very simple terms, and gave me some really helpful pointers on how to optimise my use of Twitter to benefit my business. I immediately noticed the difference her training had made, and quickly won more business as a result! I would have no hesitation in recommending Ditzy Media to anyone wanting to learn the basics in social media as well as to those who business owners who need help with their social media strategy.
