The Vale Primary School
The Vale Primary School is a welcoming school where everyone is known and valued. We place great importance on children achieving high standards in all areas to allow their potential to be fully realised. We encourage pupils to have a positive attitude to their work and be highly motivated.
The Vale Primary School is nestled in the Epsom Downs. Our purpose-built school is light, airy and well equipped with both a junior and infant playground with a trim trail and school field. We also have good ICT facilities.
The teaching team at The Vale is positive and dedicated and delivers the curriculum using a variety of imaginative and creative learning and teaching styles.
Through our Vale Values we encourage empathy, good manners and respect. We have high expectations of behaviour where rewards and consequences are linked with a behaviour ladder and ‘golden time’.
We encourage and help children to celebrate their successes both in the classroom setting and through special celebration assemblies.
Great emphasis is placed on pastoral care where all classes follow the Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education programme
