Being a very nervous dental patient and having traumatic experiences with my teeth over the years I was recommended to visit Alan Wilson dentist in Epsom .
My first impression was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. I had come to Alan Wilson for a denture and after my initial check up and x rays I was introduced to David Hinckley who is the clinical dental technician.
David immediately put me at ease and explained step by step what work he would be doing . I felt safe and comfortable at all times with him .
I am thrilled to be able to smile again with my new denture and David listened to my desires and gave me what I wanted and I honestly wished I had come to Alan Wilson sooner as it was a pleasure being a patient at this practice.
I would strongly advise anyone who is looking to improve their teeth to visit Alan Wilson. They are outstanding.

As a new patient I cannot praise Alan Wilson Dentistry highly enough. Everyone you come into contact with are friendly and very professional. Alan immediately puts you at ease and explains all aspects of your treatment. Alan has a very calming demeanour and pointed out potential issues but reassuringly offered solutions. Aged 77, I've worried about my teeth and my various NHS dentists for years. Having discarded an ill-fitting denture and ground down my front teeth I needed expert remediation. Careful research brought me to Alan Wilson. His skills in digital data capture, with 3D imaging, impressed me from the start, and throughout the reinstatement programme. His friendly manner, skill, confidence and obvious delight in his craft made me look forward to visiting his well equipped practice and his friendly staff. Today he fixed the new teeth onto the implants. I'm smiling and chewing properly now, and anxiety about my teeth is gone. Thank you Alan, and your staff, for doing a perfect job.

I am a very nervous patient and go to the dentist and hygienist very reluctantly. However, Debbie, my dentist, and her nurse are extremely friendly, understanding, explain everything properly, and couldn't look after me any better.

The hygienist Claire is gentle, and it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

From reception through to treatment the whole process is professional and excellent. The clinic itself is smart and beautiful. I totally recommend them.

I have just returned from 2 visits to the dentist this week for some filling work. Dentist Debbie and Nurse Melissa have been absolutely amazing. Once again Alan Wilson Dentistry has restored my confidence in visiting a dentist from horrible dentist experiences as a child.
The ladies were so bubbly and made both my appointments this week a pleasure to be at. They are both highly skilled at their jobs which made it a completely pain free experience for me. They were gentle and cared from start to finish of my experience. The only problem was that I had to return to work as could have stayed and chatted to them for ages.

Apologies for the long review however, I would also like to tell you about my Invisalign experience at Alan Wilson Dentistry and how amazing that has been. Dentist Lee was looking after me and the whole process from start to finish ( thanks to Lauren who convinced me that it would work!) was excellent. I now have beautiful straight teeth that I never thought was possible. You have to be committed to the whole Invisalign process but my word , the results are so worth it. I actually became so used to wearing my Invisalign trays that when I had to stop my life felt a bit strange for a while !!

I would also like to shout out a big thanks to the ever cheerful Sandra who is also on the team and has been so supportive and offering great advice on the teeth whitening process .

All in all , I cannot believe I am so passionate in wanting to promote a dentistry ! I honestly cannot tell you how I hated the places and avoided at all costs to go into one. Well this is a game changer and cannot recommend Alan Wilson Dentistry enough. The customer service experience excels anything I have received before in the health industry.

I have just returned from my best ever experience with a hygienist !! I am always a little nervous visiting a hygienist but Claire was simply amazing throughout the whole experience. Claire did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and informed throughout and also with a great bubbly personality to keep things nice and light ! You can see that Claire is truly passionate about her job which is so nice to see and feel as a customer. She is super soft and careful with her approach and I didn't feel any pain / discomfort whatsoever .Her colleague Melissa was also fabulous too and they make a great team together !
I am going to be having some more work done at Alan Wilson Dentistry and so far I can honestly say that all the people I have met have been incredibly warm and welcoming. Lauren ( Dental Nurse ) has also been amazing , being totally helpful and efficient with her customer service and answering my bucket of questions on Invisalign! A shout out to Scelina and Lee too who have also been super helpful and welcoming.
I am so pleased to have finally joined a Dentist surgery in my local area instead of driving 40 miles to my old one !

From the moment I stepped through the door I felt comfortable, welcomed and supported through my treatment.

After using NHS dentists for many years, I can't over emphasize the difference in care and treatment. It was simply excellent.

Sandra, who manages the desk had a warm and friendly disposition and made me feel like I have known her for years!. The Dental Therapist adores her work and is incredibly gifted, she also made the process painless!

Finally I met with Alan (his name is above the door) who didn't patronize me but also gave me excellent advice on how to proceed.

Oh, and did I mention the therapeutic TV's on the ceilings? Ten out of Ten!

Both me and my girlfriend starded going to this studio as soon as they opened it. We both believe that dental care is quite important, things that will go unoticed or untreated will cause much more damage in the long run, that for sure. We were impressed when we started going there, and kept going ever since. My girlfriend got her Invislign there, an implant, and both had quite a few other treatments done there, all done professionally, with care and all. I also took the annual care plan, which honestly I never did before... The team is amazing, they explain clearly things, they are nice and they make you feel welcome. It is a bit on the high price compared to the average around, but the standards are also much higher, so I am happy to support a business like that!

Alan Wilson Dentistry is a very calming place, all the staff are really enthusiastic about their work and clearly enjoyed guiding me through my dental issues.
The hygienist was very gentle as were the dental nurses.
Sandra was really helpful in working out my finances.
Although not cheap, after one treatment of four, I can already say it's worth every penny.
Alan himself was patiently reassuring and obviously very skilled at his job, see below. He has matched the repair perfectly with my natural teeth.
My NHS Dentist said nothing could be done about my worn-down teeth (through anxiety) but Alan Wilson Dentistry has given me back my smile!

Friendly and welcoming. All staff take time to explain what's happening and why. Choices are provided with pros and cons. Work is done efficiently and with care. All round best experience at a dentist I've had.

After a long period of avoiding the dentist, I recently decided to visit Alan and the team for a checkup based on the (strong) recommendation of my wife, fearing some horrible outcome. My experience, however, was anything but.

Alan was very constructive and reassuring throughout the initial examination, recommending only what he felt would be of genuine benefit to me as a patient and taking time to explain what would be involved. I then had some restorative work performed and am sincerely delighted with the result. It is clear that Alan takes pride in his work and I was pleasantly surprised at the confidence boost from having healthier teeth.

I would also add that Alan is supported by a very friendly team who are well organised and always helpful.

Overall, I would highly recommend.

I was recommended Alan Wilson Dentistry by a friend and am delighted to have found a dentist to stay with. They are not only thoroughly professional (efficient and kind) but the work they do is exceptional. I never knew preparing and fitting a bridge could be so unfussy and stress free. They are clearly passionate about dentistry, and backed up with some amazing new equipment makes it somewhere I'm very happy to recommend myself.

After I smashed my face into the Welsh countryside after a cycling event (Grinduro Wales) my worst fear was visiting the dentist but everyone at Alan Wilson Dentistry was so friendly and they did a fantastic job fixing me up only a few days after my crash. I usually hate going to the dentist but Alan Wilson is by far the best dentist I've ever had. Top quality and friendly service. I don't even hate going to the dentist any more!

When I registered with Alan Wilson Dentistry and had my first appointment with Alan, he asked me if I had every considered Invisalign. I will admit I was reluctant, as I thought it was a lot of hassle at my age (!) and it probably wouldn’t make much difference. He just said why don’t you just have a consultation and see what we could do, I think you will be pleasantly surprised? If you go ahead then the cost of the consultation comes off of the overall cost so it seemed sensible to look into it further. When I met Lee she was so friendly and positive of the difference she could make to my teeth. I had a scan and I saw a simulation of what my teeth would look like if I went ahead with the treatment, which is amazing to be able to see in advance as I was still a bit sceptical. Lee ran through the treatment plan and payment options and I knew I had to take the plunge! I have to admit it was all so straightforward and I soon got used to the routine and started to see a difference quite quickly. The staff team are all so nice and welcoming and the practice is so lovely its really not like visiting the dentist at all! The time has just flown by.

I am thrilled with the results. Lee even said it has made me look younger, which has to be a bonus! If you are thinking about it, I would definitely make the call to get an appointment with Lee!

I have just finished treatment with Lee the Specialist Orthodontist at Alan Wilson Dentistry. I had originally spoken to Alan about having composite bonding to help level and align my teeth but he advised that I would be better to have orthodontic treatment so referred me to Lee. I am so glad that I listened to Alan and opted to do teeth straightening treatment rather than have composite bonding as the results of this are better than I could of imagined!

I chose to have fixed ceramic braces as they fitted in with my lifestyle better than other options like Invisalign. I was so surprised at how discreet they were - a lot of my friends didn't even notice I had braces! I had my braces taken off last week and I haven't stopped smiling since - my teeth are AMAZING and I couldn't be happier with the results!

AMAZING customer service, super professional and great work! I had an emergency and they were able to squeeze me in to treat me, and the results great. This will be now my new dental practice for sure :) I would completely recommend it
