Jeetesh has specialised in matrimonial and related family matters since qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. He has now been accredited by Resolution as a specialist family lawyer in financial matters and private matters involving children. Resolution is a national organisation of family lawyers respected by Judges and other family law professionals. Jeetesh is also a Collaborative Lawyer.

Jeetesh is used to providing emotional and practical support to clients during a very a difficult time in their lives. He has acted for husbands, wives, non-married couples and same sex couples. Many of these being high net worth and international clients.

Jeetesh is a strong negotiator, proactive and acts with commitment towards his clients. He is also a strong litigator if needs require. Jeetesh is committed to the guidelines set down by Resolution to resolve cases as amicably, fairly and as cost effectively as possible. As a trained Collaborative Lawyer, he encourages clients to resolve matters on this basis if appropriate on the facts of an individual case.

Jeetesh also specialises in inter-country adoption and international surrogacy matters. He has obtained successful outcomes for clients whose foreign adoptions are not automatically recognised under the Hague Convention. He has also obtained recognition of foreign surrogacy arrangements in this country by assisting commissioning couples in successfully applying for Parental Orders.

Being of South Asian decent, Jeetesh has represented many individuals from various South Asian communities. He understands the cultural implications of divorcing, separating and other family related matters within these communities. He therefore has a strong reputation for matrimonial and related family work in these communities.
