David Rowe has completed the flooring in my hall and lounge. I think he has done an excellent job and as you know preparation is critical when laying antico. I will definitely come back to Milners when I lay my next floor.

I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some positive feedback on Alex's assistant who has been working on laying the amtico flooring. He has been really diligent, dedicated and extremely hard working. Until he showed up, we were in doubt the job would have been completed by Saturday and he is currently on track to complete the job today!

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the new vinyl fitted today and the remedial action taken by David to correct the door(s). We really appreciate his efforts as I know it ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated with a couple of return visits after the coats of screed had dried etc.

My husband and I wanted to email you just as a thank you. We received our Novilon order as planned on Friday morning. Delivery was on time and the staff was very nice.
Unfortunately we haven't had time to lay it yet but we are very pleased with the overall order and the price agreed. We will definitely order the remaining flooring from you again!

Although the bedroom carpet is beautiful and just as lovely as I could have wished, the new kitchen flooring is really special. I would like to say how grateful I am to Andy who advised and laid the tiling and edging with such care and craftsmanship. The new floor really is perfectly designed for my kitchen and utility room with the trim surround flowing beautifully out into the extra space of the smaller room.
The flooring has more than enhanced the kitchen and made the atmosphere quieter as well – a really unexpected bonus. It will be a pleasure for many years to come.

Everything was fitted on 1st August. I would like to say how pleased am with everything, especially the curtains which know I was not quite sure about the colour. They look really good - add a warmth to the room. Also the blind in the kitchen - so much better than my old one. I would like to to pass on my thanks everyone and especially to the man who fitted everything. He was thoroughly professional and especially hung the curtians beautifully. A really good job
