I'm the store manager of Phase Eight Cambridge and had Lee and his partner Debbie help with a delivery this morning. Lee was not only the kindest and sweetest delivery guy I've ever met, but had such a good attitude and was not going to leave until the tricky delivery was done. He took a lot of time and care with the procedure and me and his partner helped - she was also a complete superstar. Working with Lee today for even a short amount time was a true pleasure and I hope you recognise what an incredible asset this man is to your company and reward him accordingly - he deserves it!

There is little room for maneuvers, and the company and employees are fine, sometimes we have to wait for the goods from England to arrive by courier to be shipped to them 😁

My son recently secured an apprenticeship at RIF. Proud parents! He is doing very well. From what we gather the company is very well organised and professional. Our son is extremely motivated to work for them.

The chap on the forklift was helpful and more than happy to crack on with loading the container even though i was early and i arrived before he'd had time for a coffee.
