Called for a renewal, good to speak to a human. Graham was really helpful, polite and sorted out my policy with no hidden extras. Nobody wants to waste time annually to sort vehicle insurance but it has to be done and was a straightforward experience which only cost me 15 minutes of my day. Happy customer.

I did my quote online, the cost was affordable so I went ahead and process my car insurance. I miss a phone call from Rightsure a message was left for me to call back.I return the call spoke to Graham, he went through all my details with me to confirm and amend anything that needed to be done .Graham was very professional and understanding.
