I rang to set up a new policy for my elderly father. He had a difficult experience for the two days prior trying to arrange his policy. I rang and spoke to Lewis who was very clear, very specific around what the policy offered and the associated costs. All in all it took 20 mins to finalise. A lot different to the two days my father had wasted prior. When ringing, ask for Lewis, he is very good, knowledgeable and helpful. Maybe RightSure can use Lewis to train other staff??! Well done Lewis and thank you for your help
