Having filled in all the forms online on Moneysupermarket, I wanted to go through everything with a person, just to check that all was as it should be. You know what, I placed an order then had a bit of an issue, largely my fault in fairness. The member of staff (Mohammed I think) was polite and courteous, we chatted the issue through and he helped me out, can't fault him for his phone manner, top marks.
