First time using RightSure and the initial sign up and verification process has all been pretty smooth. The only hiccups have been due to my error which were ironed out easily. I dealt with George today, who was very clear in his explanation and had a very friendly and professional manner.

Phone was answered by a Human!! unfortunately the number detailed on the payment page is actually the number for the claims department so I ended up being transferred to the correct department where Dan was helpful in advising what would be needed to get my policy application accepted and up and running. Having spent a year with Aviva and the infuriating dialogue with a BOT its great to find an insurance provider with a human to speak with.

When I rung right sure to enact my new insurance which I had looked online two weeks before the price had gone up by £150 Amit told me it was live prices that can go up or down but without me asking he found an alternative slightly cheaper than the other option which I was very pleased at

I found that taking out insurance with RightSure was straightforward. I had to confirm some personal details with Amit but again this was just a simple phone call. I saved over £1200 on the renewal quote from my existing insurers. I find reviewing insurance companies difficult because I think that you only really know if they are any good if and when you have to make a claim. So far it has all been good.

I taken out a insurance for my van this year first time I have used them. You have to do a date protection proof over the phone which isn't that bad which helps you go over your questions which was good for me as one I had ticked wrong which was quickly resolved by the help of Amit Kukadia who was a lot of help. You do have to send a copy of your no claims which wasn't a issue for me definitely recommend this insurance company 👌

I got a better quote,as insurance prices have increased a lot I got a better price with Right Sure I would have stayed with my previous insurance company but you get nothing for loyalty.I had to do a data check and I spoke to George who was very helpful and polite.
