Renewal of policy recently. Dealt with ‘Steve’. Very helpful, professional and returned my calls and responded to emails as promised timeously.
Unfortunately, I had to renew my policy the day before I sold my car and the insurers insisted on a £28.00 admin charge which seems a little excessive.

So it's rare I do these reviews but I just bought insurance with Rightssure and dealt with an employee called Mohamed as I have to say what a great enthusiastic response and service. No endless and nonsensical questions and everything was sorted in no time. Highly highly recommended!!

I found the RIGHTSURE repersetive very heipfull i explained to him that I had been helping a friend out with some cuirer work while he was on holiday but I assured him that it was not occupation and that Iwas a general builder

Not the cheapest but the most competitive regarding options and cover etc. What’s more, they contacted me after my online purchase and I spoke to a real person, who explained everything to me, answered any questions, gave me all of the contact info, and the person I spoke to was very pleasant, and easy to understand.
